Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid. Please print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. Sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, fragrances, soaps and skin care are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. If you have a question as to whether your item is returnable, please email us. Some rings are not able to be resized, others may incur a resizing fee. Please email us before shipping if you are unsure. Catbird Alphabet and Heart Rings are not considered custom and do NOT incur a sizing fee - if you need to exchange for another size you only pay for shipping. (A local jeweler can often resize rings for you.) Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake, whether it is a return or an exchange. We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
