A one-of-a-kind ring, designed by Catbird, inspired by the world of Vito Giallo — 94 year old artist, antiques dealer, and quintessential New Yorker. Made in our Brooklyn studio with 100% recycled 14k gold, recycled diamonds, and a blue sapphire.
Andy was one of the most famous artists of the 20th century, and Vito’s old friend. Vito wrote in his memoir: “... Andy’s yellow and blue cow, looking at me now, knowingly, like he’s about to tell me a story he’s wanted to share for a long time. That’s what happens when you deal in the past. It never leaves you.”
In honor of our collaboration with Vito, the Catbird Giving Fund is proud to have made a donation of $40,000 to SAGE, a national advocacy and services organization in their mission to look out for LGBTQ+ elders.

In 1969, Vito came into possession of a trunk full of gems, and other than selling a few to Andy, he has saved them since then. 53 years later, we are so proud to present Catbird x Vito's Gems, a collection of limited edition and one-of-a-kind jewels inspired by Vito’s New York.
