Chains are available for in-store assembly (select stores only), store pick up, or complimentary shipping straight to you.

Visit any of our shops to find a 14k signature chain at a length that suits you – our stylists will help you pair your chain with a charm holder, charms, gemstones, and lockets for your bespoke charm jumble. Build your story over time!

We offer complimentary design consultations for our bespoke Confetti chain – now available in a bracelet and necklace. Our in store stylist will help you select and assemble your unique piece. Diary Chain
We now offer custom charm necklaces and bracelets on our 1976 chains — featuring our classic charm collection! Come into a Catbird shop for a complimentary design consultation — we’ll help you pick and arrange up to 13 charms(!) of your choosing to be welded into place on your chain. You can even bring in Catbird charms from your existing collection.
