Kittens!! We’ve missed you!!!

Starting Wednesday, August 12th, our Bedford shop will be open. Visit us Tues-Sun, 11-7 for complimentary curbside pick up* of online orders. Our window will be full of sweet and cheerful things to purchase on the spot - wrapped and ready to go - like a Catbird vending machine! You can also drop off returns or repairs (sorry, no exchanges). We’ll also have ring sizers to give out and we’re happy to advise you on finding the right fit. All contactless and safe, from our doorway.

We're also offering virtual and IRL consults at our Wedding Annex, Tues-Sun 11-7 pm.
 
*Please make sure to wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up.

PS - A small but important note to let you know we will be operating under recommended capacity as noted by Governor Cuomo, observing social distancing in our workplace, maintaining a rigorous disinfecting protocol and alternating staff according to state guidelines.

OUR STORES
Our stores remain closed. We are not currently offering curbside pickup - our local shipping is quite speedy! Can't wait until it's time to safely open up our shops again, we will keep you updated!

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

We are honoring all returnable purchases made between March 21st and June 8th with an extended return window through July 8th. Please mail your item in as soon as you safely can. 

For all items purchased after June 8th, we are temporarily extending the return window so that you have 21 days from purchase to postmark your item for return. 

Please note we are still working with a limited team and experiencing some delays, so once your return is received, processing can take up to 7-14 business days before your refund is issued. For questions on the status of your return, contact us.
