Trade St. Jam Co. is a chef, woman and Black owned business that started in a tiny apartment in North Carolina on Trade Street, and is now based in Brooklyn. Made by hand in small batches, with ingredients sourced from local farms and vendors, Trade St. adds minimal sugar, skips the pectin and preservatives, cooking up a less thick but cleaner tasting jam than the usual.
