What We Love
A few-of-a-kind necklace, designed by Catbird, using antique carved aquamarine flowers from the collection of Vito Giallo — 94 year old artist, antiques dealer, and quintessential New Yorker.
Diana was an imitable, world famous magazine editor who also shopped at Vito’s Madison Avenue shop. A place to see and be seen, indeed.
Made using 100% recycled 14k gold, recycled diamonds, opals and pearls.
In honor of our collaboration with Vito, the Catbird Giving Fund is proud to have made a donation of $40,000 to SAGE, a national advocacy and services organization in their mission to look out for LGBTQ+ elders.
Please note, the gems from Vito’s trunk contain natural inclusions and imperfections which are consistent with their age and provenance. Each one was chosen by the Catbird team for their heritage and beauty.
