We ship via DHL Express for a flat fee of $25 USD on international orders, $15 USD to Canada. Please note shipping fees will be in local currency.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready, DHL Express shipping takes between 2 - 7 business days for delivery. Please note, your local customs agency may add additional business days for clearance in some cases.
If the total of the items on your order are equal to or greater than $10,000.00 USD, your package will ship in multiple boxes and you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
ARE THERE PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, due to different restrictions put in place by each country's import policies, we are only able to ship jewelry internationally with some exceptions. (Most beauty, home and comestibles are blocked from international shipping options at this time).
Unfortunately, promotional items (Catbird Complimentary Tote Bag or any GWP promo) are not available due to customs restrictions.
TELL ME ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES!
Duties and taxes are required on goods when transported across an international border. These fees are based on the value and contents of your order and are established by and paid directly to the destination country. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout and cannot be refunded by Catbird. If you have specific questions please contact your local customs agency.
For some shipping locations, VAT, Duties and Taxes may be included in the item price or order total at checkout.

CAN I UPDATE OR CHANGE MY SHIP-TO ADDRESS ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us and we can cancel your order and have you place it again with the correct address.
Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped (you have an email with tracking details), we are not able to update the shipping address.
I AM SENDING A GIFT INTERNATIONALLY, ANYTHING I NEED TO KNOW?
If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop down menu on our footer before checking out.
When sending a gift internationally, we suggest informing the receiver and/or add their email address to the order so they are aware of the shipment and avoid refusing delivery.
Unfortunately, due to customs inspection processes, gift wrapping is not available for international orders at this time.
