DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Available shipping methods within the continental US:

Fast! - $5 (2 business days in transit. Fastest option within the tri-state area.)
Fastest! - $25 (1 business days in transit.)  
Pick up in store - no charge (Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready before coming to pick it up. NY taxes apply.)
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - $28 (2 - 3 business days in transit.)

Signature upon delivery required for orders over $500.

Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to make it so!

Please note, we ship all packages via UPS and are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can shop online and pick-up your order in our Bedford Avenue store and avoid shipping costs! Make sure to wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for you. To collect your order, you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation. NY taxes will apply to your order.

Orders not picked up within 60 days will be refunded and returned to stock. This applies to in-stock items only — it does not apply to any custom orders. Please contact us if you need more time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (MUST READ)

International orders are processed through Global-E, our global fulfillment partner, and are shipped via DHL. These partners provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for $25. Additional fees may apply for orders over $5000 and delivery to select countries.

Complimentary tote bags and select promotions are not available for international orders due to customs and international shipping regulations.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 
 
  1. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price. You will have the option of paying duties and taxes at checkout or when your order arrives in your destination country. 
  2. Your order will be cleared through customs by our partner Global-e. If you choose to pay import duties and taxes and checkout (recommended), there will be no additional charges upon delivery. If there are any issues encountered by your local customs agent, DHL will contact you directly.
  3. In-stock items will take 2-3 days from the time of order. Some items are custom made and require a longer wait time - please check the item’s page or email us.
  4. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
  5. Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
  6. If shipping to Australia, please note that a GST is included in the item price.
SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer Same Day Delivery for $30 in many areas of Brooklyn and Manhattan (for these zip codes) using our friends at Full Cycle.

Same Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm EST and are delivered before 8pm. Available Mon-Fri (excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered between 10am and 6pm the following business day.

If you are not available upon order delivery, your order will be returned to the Catbird studio and our customer service team will contact you via email. Your Same Day Delivery fee is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any additional delivery services. (We do offer pick up at our Williamsburg store at no charge.)

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.)
