Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

Tuesday, Dec 17 - Last day for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING* (order by 2pm EST)

Wednesday, Dec 18 - Last day for CATBIRD PERSONALIZED** (order by 12pm ET)

Friday, Dec 20 - Last day for STANDARD SHIPPING (order by 3pm ET)

Monday, Dec 23 - Last day for NEXT DAY SHIPPING (order by 3pm ET)

Monday, Dec 23 - Last day for IN STORE PICK UPS (order by 2pm ET)

These dates apply to in-stock items for orders shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) US only. Please email us at customerservice@catbirdnyc.com with questions on availability.

We cannot partially ship orders - all items will arrive in one package per order.

*Due to the nature of shipping internationally we are not able to guarantee any delivery dates outside the Continental US. Carrier delays in transit may occur.

  • DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

    Standard Delivery - $6 (up to 7 business days in transit..)
    Next Day Delivery - $25 (1 business day in transit.)  
    Pick up in store - no charge (Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready before coming to pick it up. NY taxes apply.)
    Same Day Delivery - $40 (certain NY zip codes - details here)

    Alaska & Hawaii - $12 (up to 7 business days in transit.)

    Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands - $15 (5 - 7 business days in transit.)

    Signature upon delivery required for orders over $500.

    Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order confirmation for your wait time.

    Please note we cannot accommodate any rush requests during the holiday season between 10/27/2024 - 1/15/25.

    Please note, we ship to PO boxes, but we do not ship to APO, DPO, or FPO boxes. We cannot partially ship orders - all items will arrive in one package per order.

  • IN-STORE PICKUP

    You can shop online and pick-up your order in our Williamsburg or Soho store and avoid shipping costs. Make sure to wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for you. To collect your order, you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation. NY taxes will apply to your order.

    Orders not picked up within 45 days will be refunded and returned to stock. This applies to in-stock items only — it does not apply to any custom orders. Please contact us if you need more time!

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

    We ship in partnership with eShopWorld to provide international shipping service to our customers via DHL Express. Make sure to review all details here before placing an international order. 

    If you are located in the US but shipping internationally, you must select your destination country in the drop down menu on our footer before checking out.

  • READY TO SHIP

    Ready to Ship styles are in stock items that are fully ready to ship out to you now! These items also qualify for Same Day Delivery for select NYC zip codes. In order to fully qualify for Same Day delivery, your entire order must qualify. We do not partial ship at this time.

    Please use the "READY TO SHIP" filter to find in-stock items.

  • SAME DAY DELIVERY 

    We offer Same Day Delivery for $40 in many areas of Brooklyn and Manhattan (for these zip codes) via our friends at Full Cycle.

    Same Day Delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed before noon will be delivered by 8pm. Orders placed after noon will be delivered following business day before 8pm. We are not able to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

    If you are not available upon order delivery, your order will be returned to the Catbird studio and our customer service team will contact you via email. Your Same Day Delivery fee is nonrefundable and will not be applied to any additional delivery services. (We do offer pick up at our Williamsburg and Soho stores at no charge.)

  • LOST PACKAGES

    If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.)

    DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

    Available shipping methods within the continental US:

    Standard Delivery - $5 (2 business days in transit. Fastest option within the tri-state area.)
    Next Day Delivery - $25 (1 business days in transit.)  
    Pick up in store - no charge (Please wait until we notify you that your item is ready before coming to pick it up. NY taxes apply.)
    Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - $28 (2 - 3 business days in transit.)

    Signature upon delivery required for orders over $500.

If you need something by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to make it so!

    Please note, we ship all packages via UPS and are not able to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes.

    IN-STORE PICKUP

    You can shop online and pick-up your order in our Bedford Avenue store and avoid shipping costs! Make sure to wait until you receive an email letting you know your order is ready for you. To collect your order, you will need to present a copy of your order confirmation. NY taxes will apply to your order.

    Orders not picked up within 60 days will be refunded and returned to stock. This applies to in-stock items only — it does not apply to any custom orders. Please contact us if you need more time.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (MUST READ)

    International orders are shipped via DHL. DHL provides customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for $25. Additional fees may apply for orders over $5000 and delivery to select countries.

    Complimentary tote bags and select promotions are not available for international orders due to customs and international shipping regulations.

    PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POINTS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER: 
     
    1. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price. You will most likely have duties and taxes due upon customs clearance. These fees can be paid via the DHL website and they will contact you directly.
    2. In-stock items will ship 3-4 days after the order is placed. Some items are custom made and require a longer wait time - please check the item’s page or email us.
    3. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
    4. Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.
    5. If shipping to Australia, please note that GST may also be incurred upon customs clearance.
    SAME DAY DELIVERY *TEMPORARILY DISABLED*
